The purpose of our solution is to make all the ATMs more Secure & Smart with the use of AI-based Video Analytics.
Today the biggest challenges faced by the ATM industry in terms of Security are Theft, Robbery, ATM Fraud, Phishing & in terms of maintenance; Unclean ATM’s & non-working CCTV Cameras.
All the above Challenges can be addressed by installing our Small Smart Box which can provide Analytics on up to four Cameras. By using our small Smart box, if there is any intrusion attempt during restricted hours or during anytime inside the backroom, immediately camera with the help of our Smart Box, will identify the human movement system will play a warning audio prompt & send an alert to our 24/7 Command Centre. After receiving the alert, our Monitoring executive will look into Live Video to understand what exactly is happening inside the ATM, if he finds anything suspicious, he will immediately act upon depending upon the demand of the situation. If he finds that there is thief inside, he will blow the siren and activate Two-way deterrence system to ensure the thieves run away & at the same time, He will also immediately alert the escalation matrix provided by Bank and call the concerned Local government bodies like Police, Fire Brigade at the location to ensure that the ATM is safe always.
With the use of video Analytics, we can also detect ATM fraud or phishing. To do any type of ATM fraud or phishing, the fraud has to spend quite a lot of time inside the ATM premise to rig the ATM. With the help of Video Analytics, we will also be able to detect if someone spends more duration of time inside the ATM. If someone is found inside after the stipulated time duration as decided by Bank, immediately an alert will be generated & the Monitoring executive will check if there is any suspicious activity happening inside the ATM, basis on the Live video view, he will blow siren or play prerecorded Warning message to ensure the fraud runs away.
Through our Smart Box, we will also check ATMs are clean or unclean periodically & if found unclean, the same will be immediately highlighted to the escalation matrix with the reference image so that Banks can take necessary internal action.
Not only that, there are also other wider benefits, for example, Alert if Caps, Helmets are worn inside the ATM premises.
Through Video Analytics itself, we can alert the banks if someone spends more time inside the ATM then stipulated time limit. Immediately an alert will be received in the Command Centre so that it can be checked why someone is spending longer time inside the ATM. If there is any suspicious activity like Phishing or fraud anytime during day or night, immediately it can be detected & averted.
This Smart Box will also perform daily health check up on all Security equipment to ensure that they are always in working condition. If any of the equipment are found faulty, VC Technosolutions will immediately arrange engineer within the TAT to ensure your equipment are rectified.
