If there is any intrusion attempt during restricted hours immediately camera will identify human movement with the help of our Smart Box & send an alert to our Command Centre which functions 24/7. After receiving the alert, our Monitoring executive will look into Live Video to understand what exactly is happening inside the Branch, if he finds anything suspicious, he will immediately act upon depending upon the demand of the situation. If he finds that there are the thief’s inside, he will blow the siren & activate the two-way deterrence system to ensure the thieves run away & at the same time, He will also immediately alert the escalation matrix provided by Bank and call the concerned Local government bodies like Police, Fire Brigade at the location to ensure that the Branch is safe always. This Smart Box will also be connected to the Banks Fire Alarm system to get real-time fire & smoke alerts and Command Centre executive can then alert the fire authorities on real time basis. With the help of Video Analytics, we achieve 100% Human detection in the restricted area during restricted times, thus eliminating the challenge of False alerts. Since we are using your existing CCTV Cameras, this solution comes at extremely low CAPEX and very low monthly Charges.
Through this black box itself, we can connect your Entry/Exit Camera to provide real-time data of People Count in the branch. This can be very informative data for the business team of banks to design various sales strategies. In the dashboard, Banks can also see what is the peak period in a day, the peak day of the week, the peak day of the month & use this information productively.
By connecting lobby and entrance Area Camera, with the help of our Smart Box, banks can check the cleanliness as well as Customer Demography. This can help Banks determine the Age as well as the Gender of their customers. We can connect existing Camera for Facial recognition which can be used for employee touchless attendance & the data can be downloaded by the banks in their favorable formats. This is integrated with existing Access Control and your payroll using API, can also be used to restrict any unauthorized entry inside the Currency or Gold room & at the same time keep an eye on employee who move out during working hours.
With the same Smart Box, we can check Branch Opening as well as Closing Time to ensure no branches are Opening late and Closing early. and the same to available in the customer portal in the MIS section.
Not to mention, the same Smart Box will be used to perform daily health Checks of your Security equipment’s, if any of the equipment is found faulty, immediately alerts sends to the command Centre for verification and the nearest engineer will be aligned to ensure timely rectification of your equipment’s to ensure that they are always in working condition.
