We connect your existing CCTV Cameras to our Health monitoring platform whose only job is to check and alert if your CCTV Camera goes down. This health monitoring is done twice a day, every day. Once any malfunction is detected; our first step is to align the engineer to attend the call & inform you at the same time. Most of the monitoring companies do not inform their customers as they are afraid, they will not be able to meet the committed timelines. We not only inform you about equipment going down, but we also inform you about engineer details, expected reach time, etc. & once the engineer visits the site & the problem is solved, we close the ticket only after getting go-ahead from you. Till the time, our customer is not satisfied, we are not.
