Thus, ensuring all CCTV’s in working condition always. Smart Box ensures timely Outlet Opening & Closing, if there is any Outlet which opens late or closes early, immediately escalation is alerted. If the employee or any suspicious person enters the restricted area without a uniform an immediate alert is generated at our 24/7 Command Centre. After receiving the alert, our Monitoring executive immediately calls the Store Manager to understand why a certain person inside the premise is without a uniform. The same is duly notified to the escalation matrix as well as on the dashboard. With the same Smart Box, once connected to the POS camera, we can ascertain that POS is always manned. If the employee leaves the POS Counter unattended for a certain period, immediately Escalation Matrix is notified.
